Din Tai Fung in Nagoya

Before ordering and eating Din Tai Fung's famous xiaolongbao, the restaurant provides a guide explaining how to enjoy the xiaolongbao.

While I was reading the guide, the xiaolongbao arrived and I asked the waitress to open the lid,

I saw pure white steam coming out of it, and it looked very tasty!

Add ginger dish with small basket sauce and black vinegar to taste.

Place a small basket on a plate of ginger while it is freshly made.

Following the guide, we put the small basket and ginger on top of the astragalus spoon and have it.

When I ate the small package, the gravy spread greatly in my mouth.

I thought I could eat as many small basket dumplings as I wanted because they were so delicious.

We also had the 'Jar Jar Noodles' and 'New Lo Noodles'.

'Jar Jar Noodles' are served mixed with beef paste.

The noodles and beef were well mixed, and the wheat flavor of the noodles combined with the umami of the beef was very tasty.

The wakame seaweed soup that came with the set was also very tasty and I drank it all up.

'New Lo Noodles' are ramen noodles topped with beef cubes.

The soup was not greasy, but had octagonal and other spices that intertwined with the noodles.

The seasoning was lighter than it looked.It was very tasty.

It also came with pickled bamboo shoots as an added bonus, which were also very tasty.

All the dishes were excellent and we ate them all.
